Download Zap Installation (or Zap Installation for 64-bit operating systems ).

Select "Save" or "Save File" and save it to the desktop.

Minimize all windows and temporarily disable all internet security, anti-spyware, anti-virus programs, and firewalls*. This includes programs such as Norton Anti-virus, Norton Internet Security, McAfee Security Center, ZoneAlarm, and PC-Cillan Security Center.

Double-click ZapSetup.exe and follow the instructions to begin the installation.
