New Feature: Physician-Provider Link

New tab on Physician screen (Provider Association) .
Lets users associate a physician with one or more providers in the.
system, including one for ‘All Providers’.

Physician Search screen now has a filter section for Providers.
All active providers show up, as well as ‘Unfiltered’ which will
show physicians for all providers, and even physicians not linked
to any provider.

During the upgrade process to .347, physicians in the system are
auto-associated with providers based on the existing data in the
system.

For User convenience, the billing process will also automatically
add associations following the same rules as the upgrade process;
that is, if a Physician ‘SMITH’ is added, and he is used as a
physician on Invoice #100 for Provider 23, when Invoice #100 is
billed ‘SMITH’ is automatically marked as associated with Provider
23.

Added ‘Pending’ PECOS Filter on Physician Search.

Changes for ERN for Medicare Sequester.
