We offer training at your location or our corporate headquarters. We recommend the full, two-day billing and software seminar for your entire billing staff. We encourage you to bring you claims information with you. During the training, live claims will be sent to carriers electronically. (This is dependent on your obtaining and completing EMC (Electronic Media Claims) Agreements with the carriers beforehand. We will also gladly help you with the EMC agreements and getting your submitter number and passwords. After twenty years in the billing business, we have many contacts and resources to help you with quick, efficient billing.
